Last night Burnley stunned Manyoo with Robbie Blake scoring the soliditary goal. A stunning volley that surpassed goalkeeper ben Foster's reach. According to reports (I didn't watch the match as I had anticipated heaps of goals to pass through Burnley's keeper! :p). Credits to Sir Alex this time (this is a RARE ocassion indeed where I praised Fergie for his sporting behaviour....), he was gentlemen enough to admit that Manyoo were not playing up to their best and Burnley was simply superb in repelling Manyoo's attack plans. Heck, Michael Carrick's penalty was even saved by Burnley's keeper, Brian Jensen...to further rub salt into Manyoo's already miserable night.
All hail the underdog Burnley!! Would we see more upsets in the EPL next?
