Aargh! Can't resist them half-price action-figures! Here is my 'accidental haul' for today.....pretty good deal if you ask me. Those 25th anniversary Joes/Cobras were half its normal retail price at RM20 (approx USD5.5) each over at the clearance bin at a nearby shopping complex. The Star Wars' snowtrooper figure however, was only at a 10% discount but given the rarity of it, nevertheless was a good buy for me!
My wife spotted the snowtrooper and just like me, she's a huge fan of the original trilogy troopers. Furthermore, she knew how much I wanted a second snowtrooper for my SW collection...especially in anticipation of the upcoming new-mould AT-AT coming out and all!
I'm just happy to get these Joes/Cobra figures at half of their original retail price. I wish that I could be there sooner over at the clearance bin. I have a gut feeling that there were more characters from the 25th anniversary line being put on sale....and these 3 were the remnants of it! Nevertheles, I'm happy to get these classic characters.....will get them out of their plastic tomb soon!

Sure hope that Sideshow makes a 1/6th version of the Viper...
And the Imperial Snowtrooper.
