Oh thank God, they finally listened and changed Wonder Woman's blue boots to red just like we wanted them to be! Looks like the upcoming TV series will have an 'almost' accurate comic-version Wonder Woman! Take a look at the rehearsal slash shooting sequence in the video below.
Howdy doodly folks! I've actually had this figure for quite some time now on my Transformers display shelf. As I've probably mentioned about a bazillion time before, I'm quite the ardent fan of the Takara Tomy versions of these Transformers. Meaning that I'd most likely to get the 'United version rather than Hasbro's Generation version. Well, ol' Percy (that's short for Perceptor in case you didn't get it...hehe) here is an exception. You see, while most 'Generations figure pale in comparison with their 'United counterpart (usually the Japanese version will be 'blinged' up to look more metallic and shinier than the US version), ol' Percy is ALREADY blinged up despite being a Hasbro offering. Read on to learn more.

Here's a first look on Adrienne Palicki (who? I only know that she's a regular in that Friday Night Lights series or sumthin') as Wonder Woman from the upcoming NBC TV series. Of course fans are having mixed reactions to this new image. It's kinda like a hybrid between the classic costume and the new image given by DC comics to Wonder Woman last July. Her boots are glaringly wrong though.....aren't those supposed to be red in colour? And the 'star-spangled' bikini-shorts are gone, replaced by a more TV-appropriate blue spandex-pants (hey didn't Lynda Carter wear those in the 70s TV series?). Will this new series top The Walking Dead? Only time will tell. Let's wait and see. Honestly, I think the costume looks okay....at least it doesn't look cheap and too plasticky (ala movie Thor!).
This opens up for an action-figure line in the future I reckon?
Your thoughts?
Was just cleaning out my closet the other day and stumbled upon this long lost piece of LOTR history. So totally forgotten I had this!
Taken off EW's page, here's the full picture of Hugo Weaving as the villainous Red Skull from the upcoming July-release Captain America movie! IMHO he looks like an evil twisted Skeletor or a member of Rasputin’s posse from the Hellboy movie! Uber-geek score: 10 out of 10! All hail Hugo Weaving! It's gonna be explosive!
