The internet is buzzing with news that Felicity Jones may be coming back to reprise her role as Jyn Erso, the protagonist of Rogue One. No one knows at this point whether it's going to be a movie or mini-series. This is of course still something that currently flying within the rumor mill because there are no official announcements from Disney yet on the matter.
Rogue One is arguably the best Disney Star Wars before The Mandalorian came into our lives. Jones also purportedly gave one of the best performances of her acting life, hence making Jyn Erso one of the most emotionally-charged Star Wars character to date.
I take it that if Jyn ever comes back then it'll be flashback scenes or pre-Rogue One tales. Come to think of it, maybe a pre-Rogue One story will tie in nicely with the upcoming Andor mini-series. They can even bring back Chirrut and Baze since everyone is still alive at that point of time. I say bring it on...any OT-related Star Wars is ace in my books!
