Edward Norton ousted from The Hulk franchise......*bummer*!

I first heard about this rather annoying piece of news from my pal Stephen's entry on his blog a couple of days ago. What is it about Marvel Studios not having the ability to hold on to key actors to their movies? I was rather left speechless when they announced that Terence Howard would be replaced by Don Cheadle (nothing against Don, I loved the man's role in the 'Ocean' trilogy!) but come on.....Ed did an excellent job in saving the mean green giant's image after that abysmal 1st movie in '03! Seems that Marvel Studios commented something on Norton's 'attitude' but Norton's agent is hinting that it's just a cover-up by Marvel to deviate from their reluctance to discuss on the 'financials'.

It'll take some time for us fans to digest and to accept that Edward Norton won't be reprising his role as the Incredible Hulk in 2012's "The Avengers". There goes our hope of seeing him together with RDJ, Sam Jackson, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and the lot.....*sigh*

Yeah I read this in the news today, pretty crappy I have to say. Ed Norton is a great actor and a huge loss to the movie.
