Temuera Morrison to return as Fett!

Well the internet just basically exploded over the news that Temuera Morrison is going to play Boba Fett in the upcoming Season 2 of The Mandalorian. To the uninitiated, Morrison was the actor who played Jango Fett in 2002's Attack of the Clones.

It makes sense really to have him back for the role given that Boba was indeed an unaltered clone from Jango as opposed to the rest of the clone army roster. And Morrison's agw couldn't have been more suitable for the role since The Mandalorian takes place 5 years after the events of Return of the Jedi.

Boba supposedly have died at the Pit of Carkoon in ROTJ but fans of the Expanded Universe have long since celebrated the fact that he survived and that Dengar had played a part in his survival. But Disney has also since declared that all pre-Disney takeover Expanded Universe material to be null and void therefore Boba's march back from the dead is a big question for now.

Dave Filoni has been famous for resurrecting Darth Maul in the Clone Wars series so Boba's return might not be so surprising to some at this point.

At one point I was almost sure that Disney was going to cast actor Daniel Logan for the role but I can understand why he didn't get it.

Can't wait for the new season to start!
