This week's haul: Clone Wars action-figures!

This week, I managed to sniff out the latest wave of Star Wars action figures from the Clone Wars series . Well, had it not been for my son (who insisted that we made a pitstop at a TRU this afternoon) we wouldn't have had the chance to see these on retail shelves at all.....them scalpers would've snapped these off the shelves upon first sight!

Star Wars: Clone Wars Oct '10 haul

From left to right we have Shaak Ti, a Jedi Master; the young Boba Fett; & Embo, a Bounty Hunter. Most casual Star Wars fans would recognize Shaak Ti and Boba almost immediately, but I'm bettin' many would go "Embo-who?!" Those who follow the Clone Wars series will probably know who this guy is and those who hadn't got any clue on who he is....well, let's just say I'd be better off letting you find out for yourself! These 3 action figures are currently highly sought after in the States, presumingly because they were shortpacked (purposely?) by Hasbro. Over here in Malaysia, ruthless scalpers take advantage of that fact by sweeping these hard-to-find figures off the shelves so that they eventually can sell them off for profits on eVilbay later on....*shucks*...God I love beating the scalpers to them!

All this haulin' can only mean one thing.....stay tuned for the reviews!

Kid's are to toys, what pigs are to truffles. Every toy collector should have one, lol. Cool looking figs, though having not watched CW in forever I have no idea who that bounty hunter is. Reviews to follow?

Yeah, I wouldn't mind that Zak :). I've seen three episodes so far, but I don't think they did a good job at showcasing the series. Heck, I havent even seen the movie yet lol

I took a closer look at your photo on flickr, I think embo could use a slightly darker colour scheme. What do you think?
