Updates on the upcoming Thundercats action figures!

As announced in AFI's homepage, here's Cartoon Network's trailer for the upcoming all-new Thundercats cartoon series:

What about Bandai new action figures you ask? Well, AFI even posted pictures from New York's 2011 Toyfair and I must say, a lot of emphasis were given to the 4" action figure line. As far as the 4" action figures are concerned, sorry...I'm just not interested. The new characters style does not interest me that much. Though I had that tiny thought of getting the new Thundertank but the thought of not having any 'classic' characters to man the machine soon dampened my intention.

To quench the geeky thirst of those highly anticipating the Classic 8" line, here's a peak at the "Classic" line packaging:

And of course, here's a much clearer picture of both Lion-O and Tygra for us to ogle over! Looks like the 8" line is heading towards the correct direction. Bring on the classic revival!

*Drool* All it needs is the light up feature from the old toys and it'd be perfect!
